General Delivery Information
The cost of your upright, cylinder, cordless or handheld spares includes UK mainland delivery for UK customers (including the Isle of Man, Isle of Skye and Isle of Wight). This excludes all other countries.
Please note that there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas to which we may not be able to deliver within the provided timescale. Certain promotions may have differing delivery times – please see your individual terms and conditions on the product listing description for more information. On acceptance of your order, we aim to deliver the product(s) according the following timings, subject to availability:
Upright, Cylinder, Cordless and Handheld Vacuum Cleaners/ Fans and Fan Heaters
2-5 working days with Royal Mail within the UK. Item's under 1kg are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and delivered 2-5 working days. Please note items weighing more then 1kg will be despatched via Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class post and can take upto 5 working day's for delivery. We can deliver Next Day Special Delivery at extra cost via Royal Mail where you will receive the item next working day before 4pm when ordered on a working day within the UK. If you order on a Saturday using next day delivery then please note delivery will not be until Tuesday as the item will be despatched on Monday (next working day). Please note if you use next day delivery 2 days before a bank holiday your item will not be gauranteed to be delivered until the bank holiday period is over.
If no-one is in when the courier calls, normally they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your parts. You must then follow the instructions on the card to collect the parcel or re-arrange delivery. Only Hermes do not leave a card as they attempt delivery 3 times then item is returned to sender. Dyson Vacuum Spares will not pay the cost of a redelivery and any item's returned to us under these circumstances, we will refund minus our original shipping cost.
Accessories and Spare Parts
Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and Hermes and we aim to have the goods delivered to you 1-3 working days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.
Lithium Battery Restrictions
Lithium batteries are now included in Royal Mail’s list of dangerous goods and therefore we are unable to send these items with Royal Mail. If such item is ordered it will be sent using Hermes and will take 3-5 working days for delivery.
WE CANNOT SHIP LITHIUM BATTERIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK SO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. IF YOU ORDER WE WILL REFUND MINUS THE FEES THE CARD OR PAYPAL MERCHANT CHARGES.

European & International
Postage/packaging is calculated on weight/size of each item, simply use our shipping estimate tool on product page or add item's to cart and go to checkout for shipping cost. Shipping to europe will take 5-15 working day's and all other countries 15-30 working day's (Delay's can be possible).
All item's sold brand new carry a 12 month's warranty apart from filter's, belt's, mains cables, brushbars, hair product's and cleaning product's. We will issue a replacement once item is confirmed faulty. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to make sure parts are fitted by a competent person. All motor changes will require you to change the hepa filter. We will ask for pictures of the hepa filter if a motor becomes faulty within the 12 month warranty period. If the hepa filter has not been changed within this period and the motor burns out please note your warranty will become void and we will not accept the return of the motor.
We are more than happy to accept returns within a 14 day period for a refund but we cannot accept return's on filter's, belt's, mains cables, brushbars, hair product's and cleaning product's. All return's (apart from wrong item sent by us or faulty item's) will be refunded minus our original shipping cost. Items should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition unused and in original packaging (if these conditions are not met we will partial refund or decide not to refund depending on the circumstances and condition of the return). Please return goods back to us at your cost, for a refund. All serial numbers of every product are noted before we despatch them. Please note we do not offer exchanges on wrongly ordered items within 14 days, only refunds. Please note when cancelling an order it can only be cancelled via email and the email must be sent before 1pm on the day you placed the order. Once the item(s) have been despatched the order cannot be cancelled nor can the address be changed.
If an item becomes faulty it must be returned to us within the 12 months of sale and we will get our technical department to test the item. If faulty a replacement will be issued and if it has been returned and is not faulty and you have returned item to us as faulty, PLEASE NOTE no replacement will be sent and you will have to cover the cost of postage to have your item returned to you. PLEASE NOTE: If the item has been ordered by you by mistake or the item you ordered from us doe's not fit your machine as you ordered the wrong part, we will minus our original postage cost when the item is returned to us so please make sure you order the correct part for your machine. If you are not sure of what part you need please use our livechat feature on our website. Refunds will only be issued unless the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice and a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned. The refund will be by the same method used as the payment. If you paid by card please allow 2-5 working days for the refund to show on your statement. All used item's carry a 14 day gaurantee. If you have any questions about the returns policy please e-mail us. We cannot answer questions regarding returns via livechat and telephone as returns are only dealt with in writing via email.
You must return the goods with the original packaging to us at your expense within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records. Note that if you fail to package the goods adequately to avoid damage in transit or fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept the return. Please make sure they are sent to us via tracked methods so they are covered under insurance.
Dyson Vacuum Spares guarantees all parts against defective workmanship or materials apart from filter's, belt's, mains cables, brushbars, hair product's and cleaning product's for a period of 12 month's from date of supplying invoice. They must be fitted by a competent person and this is the buyer's responsibility.
