General Delivery Information

The cost of your upright, cylinder, cordless, handheld, fan or fan heater machine includes UK mainland delivery (including the Isle of Man, Isle of Skye and Isle of Wight). This excludes the Channel Islands.

Please note that there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas to which we may not be able to deliver within the provided timescale. Certain promotions may have differing delivery times – please see your individual terms and conditions for more information. Due to size restrictions we are unable to deliver to British Forces Post Office addresses. If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact: contact@dysonvacuumspares.co.uk.

On acceptance of your order, we aim to deliver the product(s) according the following timings, subject to availability:

Upright, Cylinder, Cordless and Handheld Vacuum Cleaners/ Fans and Fan Heaters

Free next day delivery with Royal Mail within the UK. Item's under 1kg are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and normally delivered next day but can take upto 3 working days. Please note items weighing more then 1kg will be despatched via Hermes and can take upto 5 working day's for delivery. We can deliver Special Delivery via Royal Mail where you will receive the item nextday before 1pm gauranteed within the UK. If the option is not there when ordering please email us and we will respond straight away on how to arrange this service.

If no-one is in when the courier calls, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your parts. You must then follow the instructions on the card. Only Hermes do not leave a card as they attempt delivery 3 times then item is returned to sender. Dyson Vacuum Spares will not pay the cost of a redelivery.

Accessories and Spare Parts

Orders will be delivered by post and we aim to have the goods delivered to you next working day of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.

Lithium Battery Restrictions

Lithium batteries are now included in Royal Mail’s list of dangerous goods and therefore we are unable to send these items with Royal Mail. If such item is ordered it will be sent using Hermes and will take 3-5 working days for delivery.

We cannot ship Lithium batteries overseas outside the UK.

European & International

Postage/packaging is calculated on weight/size of each item, simply use our shipping estimate tool when you go to checkout to see cost of shipping. Shipping to europe will take 5-15 working day's and all other countries 10-20 working day's (Delay's can be possible). You can email us or livechat for a shipping quote and we will respond within an hour with a cost of shipping and how to process this.

Returns

All item's sold brand new carry a 12 month's warranty apart from filter's, belt's, batterie's and cleaning product's.

We are more than happy to accept returns within a 14 day period for refund purpose's but we cannot accept return's on filter's, belt's, batteries and cleaning product's (BUT PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A 20% ADMINISTRATION CHARGE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR INITIAL PAYMENT AND OUR INITIAL SHIPPING COST). All Brand new items that are sold should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. Please return goods back to us at your cost, for a refund. All serial numbers of every product are noted before shipping out.

If (brand new only) items are faulty they must be returned to us within the 12 months of sale and we will get our technical department to test the item. If faulty a replacement will be issued and if it is not faulty and you have returned item to us as faulty, PLEASE NOTE we will minus the original postage cost it cost us to send out to you and minus a 20% Administration charge from the refund!! PLEASE NOTE: If the item has been ordered by you by mistake or the item you ordered from us doe's not fit your machine as you ordered the wrong part, we will minus our original postage cost and a 20% administration charge when the item is returned to us so please make sure you order the correct part for your machine. Refunds will only be issued unless the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice and a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned. The refund will be by the same method used as the payment. If you paid by card please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to show on your statement. All used item's carry a 14 day gaurantee. You must return the goods with the original packaging to us at your expense within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records. Note that if you fail to package the goods adequately to avoid damage in transit or fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept the return. Please make sure they are sent to us via tracked methods so they are covered under insurance. If we agree over the phone or via email to pay for the return of an item we will only pay the minimum cost of postage which is either Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded or Hermes.

Dyson Vacuum Spares guarantees all parts against defective workmanship or materials for a period of 12 month's from date of supplying invoice. They must be fitted by a competent person.
